Information we collect

Information you provide. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send. You may voluntarily include other business details. When you contact us by email or schedule a conversation, we may receive the information you provide in those interactions.

Technical website information. Netlify and related service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device details, timestamps, and diagnostic information required to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website.

Optional analytics information. If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for basic website traffic measurement. Depending on its configuration, this may include pages viewed, referrals, approximate location, browser or device details, and interactions with the website. We do not use GA4 advertising features, remarketing, or advertising personalization.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Respond to inquiries, arrange calls, and communicate with you.
• Maintain business contact and follow-up records in HubSpot CRM when appropriate.
• Measure general website usage when visitors consent to analytics, and improve the site.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and protect the website and business communications.
• Meet applicable legal obligations and safeguard legitimate business interests.

We may record information from your inquiry and related correspondence in HubSpot CRM to manage our business relationship and follow up with you. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Cookies and analytics choices

We offer an analytics choice to website visitors. Analytics is off by default. Google Analytics will not be loaded and analytics cookies will not be set by our GA4 implementation unless you select “Accept analytics.” If you select “Reject analytics,” GA4 stays off. You can change your decision using the “Cookie preferences” control available on the website.

We store your analytics preference in your browser's local storage so we can respect it on future visits. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the website footer. If you withdraw consent, we stop subsequent analytics tracking and attempt to remove first-party Google Analytics cookies. You can also control or clear browser cookies and site data using your browser settings. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the website or submitting an inquiry.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers to operate the website and manage inquiries, including:

• Netlify, for website hosting and processing and storing contact-form submissions.
• HubSpot, for CRM contact and follow-up records.
• Google Workspace, for business email communications.
• Google Analytics 4, only when analytics consent has been given, for basic traffic measurement.
• Google Fonts, which provides fonts used by the website and may receive technical requests such as an IP address.

Our scheduling link opens a Google scheduling service outside our website; information provided there is subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.

We may disclose information when reasonably required to deliver these services, comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect security or legal rights, or as part of a legitimate business transfer. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, manage potential or existing business relationships, maintain appropriate business records, and comply with legal obligations.

As part of our normal business operations, we may review and delete contact records that are no longer relevant or needed. We do not follow a fixed deletion schedule. Some information may be retained longer when required for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Google Analytics 4 is configured to retain event-level and user-level data for 14 months, without extending that period based on new user activity. Other technical records may be subject to different retention periods.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing or withdraw consent.

International processing

Transformly is based in the United States. Some service providers may process information elsewhere. We take appropriate steps where applicable law requires protections for cross-border handling.

The website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through the website.

Links to other websites

Our website may link to third-party services, including scheduling services, which have their own privacy practices. We do not control those third-party policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or services change. The effective date above will identify the published version. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
