Each shows a real operating problem, what changed, and evidence that the change was put to use.

Turning project experience into reusable knowledge
Project profiles typically took 2–3 hours to prepare, while past experience could be difficult to find and reuse.
A guided workflow now helps engineers contribute project knowledge that marketing reviews and adds to a searchable library. More than 35 project profiles have been created through the current workflow.
Edmund has used the searchable project experience to support 10+ SOQs and 5 RFP responses.

Making quarterly performance reporting faster and easier to review
Quarterly division-performance reporting required more than 80 hours of recurring analysis.
The process was rebuilt around explicit calculation rules, source traceability, documented exceptions, and manager review. It now requires 10 hours or less per quarterly update.
Leadership uses the results to monitor annual goals and forecast year-end incentives. Managers can review exceptions and question the underlying rules before results are finalized.
The rebuild also caught and corrected an inherited calculation issue before it became part of the recurring process.

Turning sales analysis into a new management practice
Detailed sales reporting already existed. Client-level win rates were missing from the recurring management view.
Analysis surfaced the gap, and the firm introduced quarterly client-level win-rate tracking.
Leadership now has a recurring way to examine client performance and decide where deeper follow-up may be warranted.

Client Perspective
Transformly consulting engagement
CRM analysis and reporting helped a client reconsider assumptions about what its stakeholders cared about.
“The insights we drew changed leadership's assumptions about what the people cared about, and they adjusted.”
Different problems. A consistent way of working.
Across these examples, Transformly starts with the operating problem, builds around the people and information already there, and improves the system through use.
